The group will be rented out monthly this way you don't have to be ub3r, L33t or approved by omniscient to run an official group on hackforums. I will always be 'owner' on paper.

You will have full control over the group and do anything you want to do. I also have two private subforums within the subforum that you can use, and moderate yourself.

- Make a group based on your ideas.
- Be a leader with full rights.
- Invite members.
- Invite leaders in your group to expand your ideas.
- Create your own official recruitment threads.
- Create your own private subforum.
- Sell buyins/rent leaderships
- Create your own userbar and change the group name. (at own cost)
- Have moderators inside your sub forum. (at own cost)
- And so much more!

Here are some Question and Answers:

Can i change the group name and design?
Yes you can change the group name and userbar design to whatever you wish, but it will be at own cost!

Will i officially own the group under my name as owner?
No i will always stay group owner, you will be a leader and have the same rights as an owner. You can do whatever you wish with the group as long as it is not damaging HF in anyway.

What are the rent-time increments?
You will be able to rent my group for a duration we both agree on, when that time passes you can extend it or leave it. The minimum time is 1 month.

Can i have a refund if i am not happy?
No, there will be no refunds once you have made your first payment.

Also a simple rule, If you abuse the privilege of running an official group with bad intentions, your renting contract will be terminated without a refund. You have been warned.

Here are the rules for renting a leadership spot within the official group Eternal,
Every leader within the group will have to abide by these rules and if broken your contract with me is effective immediate over, with no refund.

• The people you invited must follow hackforums guideline rules and cannot break them, Read the Help Docs.
  
• You're not allowed to add scammers in the group.
  
• If one of your invites has scammed somebody you are either to let him solve it within 48 hours or kick him from the group.
  
• If you stop renting you will no longer be a leader of the group.
  
• You're allowed to invite 3 members, You can either invite them for free, or ask buy-ins. (read the guidelines)
  
• You're not allowed to leak anything you see within our subforums within our group.
  
• You don't have rights to make changes in the group, and can't kick other members that you did not invite.
  
• You're not allowed to sell products under the group name.
  
• I am allowed to deny your rental extension if i am not pleased with your stay.
  
• You're not allowed to ask for a refund once you rent a leadership spot.
  
• You're not allowed to re-rent your leadership spot, I'm the only person who can rent out leadership spots.
  
• If you abuse the subforum group in anyway possible to do harm, your contract will be terminated without a refund.
  

Here are some guidelines for all members on hackforums to read,

• Your invite is only guaranteed as long as the leader that invited you continues renting the spot, this includes anyone who bought in aswell.
  
• Buy-ins are possible but at own risk, Please make sure to check how long the member rented out the leadership spot to validate your stay within the group.
  
• Understand that the leader might have plans to extend the rental agreement so please PM the member who rented leadership to ask what his plans are regarding that, at own risk.
  
• Follow group rules and hackforum rules, if you do something the leader does not approve of he has the right to kick you from the group.

Since you wanted to fuck me over on that $2,000 project I had, I can do the same to you. Would of gave you an extra 1-2 weeks, but you crossed me. Shame on you.

Watson had nothing to do with my project that I was investing in. He found out the project and went to the coder and bought it out from under me as I had been waiting months for it in development.
