Guess whos fault that is? Watsons. He took cash from them. If he cant afford the cheap price I gave him, then he should not have rented. Watsons and I's contract stated he has 1 month to pay me in full and he failed to do so. How is that not following the contract? Instead of buying a project out from under me for $1,000 he should have managed his money a little better.
