The public skype ban method has been around for a long time, and many people have put their own stamp on it, their own curve, whatever you wanna call it to make it "theirs". This method is owned by nobody, and known by many. I did not make this method, nor do I claim to have any rights to it. What I do know is thousands of people have the method and it's publicly shared.
The truth is, this method is the same no matter who does it, they just make the complaint at different departments and use different types of harassment.
The public skype ban method is free, use it, abuse it, don't target any HF members or baby jesus will cry.

You can use a account cloner to clone your target's details to your account (Profile picture, mood message, name), just makes it easier.
