the hierarchy in the bottom portion is struggling a whole lot
also not feeling this color scheme (Feb 1, 2016 07:48 PM)prada ⠀ Wrote: the hierarchy in the bottom portion is struggling a whole lot I'll have to agree with both points prada made. The design doesn't feel right, and the color scheme + bottom portion highly contribute to that feeling. I have to agree with many of the others on here , if I had to put you in the right direction first it would be to find a color scheme.
Then honestly where the "skills" section is the slant is really hard on the eyes , if you want to keep it just tone it down a lil bit bud. Otherwise you're on the right track , you seem knowledgeable about this whole concept and I hope you don't take the criticism to heart buddy 🤝 ----

God, it's sexy as hell! The only thing I can critique is the color of the contact text boxes at the bottom. I don't like white text boxes on a dark background, but it's personal preference. Try this color, if you want #4F5553
9.5/10
While I understand the simplicity that is implied, I feel as if the overall look feels too empty because of the heavy blank space on the sides. It presents itself very well due to how straightforward the design is and it's central alignment, but when I look at the design and descend I'm asking myself why is there a need for the empty space. Consider using subtle textures or if you don't want to go that route I would simply enlarge certain parts of the palettes (this may require some extra work).
And yeah, like other people have said you need to come up with a color scheme as the transitions from each palette are inconsistent especially since black is used twice. |
