well you got alot of options:

1: Get their paypal accounts and use their socks to log in and then buy BTC from localbitcoins or w/e
2: Get their CC details and look into their emails and bank account maybe you can get their drivers licence or w/e and get their SSN number and then register at westernunion and make transfers to yourself (or to someone else and he will pay you back in BTC). Also look for moneygram accounts.
3:If you got ING accounts (dutch bank site) just hook me up, i found a way to clone phone number where they get their 2FA code on.
