Looks very good.
Only thing I'd say is increase the quality of the pic, the background and text are bit blurred.

Try re-making/re-sizing your pic to a higher resolution. then you can make it smaller once your done making the higher resolution one :))

Yeah, the parrot looks kind of 'fake'.
It'd be awesome if it blended in with the text - the same brightness.

I really like it. the only thing is the X and the V at the end... I would make the shadow less transparent (more opaque) so it looks more like a 3d effect than a shadow. Also those two letters are a bit too clean. Maybe scratch them up a little like the other letters. (ie. the E)
