A little nifty feature of the latest skype deob client is it's unique ability to pull the MAC address of the targets ethernet device and or wifi card if their on a laptop thats currently attached to the skype, using this info you can do a correlation attack to find multiple skypes linked to the same GUID which allows you to find multiple emails linked to all the skypes if you know how to get emails and multiple ips if someone creates a fake skype to troll you for example it will usually have the same MAC address and unique GUID allowing you to deanonymize people even on vpns easily.Its very dangerous and most people have yet to realize the power of a skype GUID.I will not fully go into details due to the mass abuse with it but you can figure this out easily on your own im sure.
I've heard of SKYPE DEOB and its uses, and am fairly uncertain on how it operates (I know how to use it, never have done). But does it work when a user is using web.skype.com ? Do you know.

Don't think so the skype node system can only gather local information from the client the web client can't access much of your info aside from IP.
Can you make a slightly more indepth guide to this? I'm not at all sure what this is about

It's not meant to be an indepth guide or for beginners its for intermediate to advanced who have decent understanding of the skype client.My doxing series are sometimes not tutorials and just quick explanations of cool doxing related stuff.

I use 6 the GUID is either in 7 or a build of 6 it's a private debug feature similiar to the feature that shows IP's which caused resolving in the first place. Mine shows GUID's though.
That's an awesome find. Do you know why skype does collect this information?
1. Use linux, get macchanger, change mac address each session. 2. Don't use Skype, it's fucking dumb.
