So I don't have a mac to use to get the download for el capitan, so I got it some other way from the Pirate Bay. (Insert annoying Uber moaning because I mentioned "Pirate Bay.") What program would I use to put the OS on to a bootable USB? Will it even work? I checked that my processor is compatible.

What laptop you have? Ensuring processor compatibility isn't enough, you need all the other components to be compatible too.

Ok, for a start, the version you just downloaded from Good 'ole Teh Piratez Bay, is it in DMG format? If it is, you'll need to find a running mac, and create a bootable USB using Unibeast.
Also, my work gave me the B50-30 in a celeron model. If you get OSX running on it, let me know. I'd like to do the same.
