Just removed virus, want pc check up.

This morning I got on my computer and when I went on HF I noticed a large ad popup on the side. My adblocker showed several ads being blocked and text portions on hf were highlighted. I found out that I somehow got a malware called DNS Unlocker. I was finally able to remove it by clearing my browser data in chrome. I'm not sure how I got it but I'm currently running a malwarebytes scan. I'd like to run a pc check up for other issues if there's anyone that can help me.

If you're on chrome press ctrl+h, click clear browsing data, check everything but passwords, select date to before the issue started, click clear browsing data. It worked for me.

I'm on firefox, I've deleted firefox and it came back. But i just got google chrome and have no issues at all. I'm wondering if the virus or malware is only going after my firefox browser.... and honestly the FBI virus was easier to figure out than this LOL😧
