The only way i can think is by using a resolver and then nmaping the ip and then attacking from there

No it isn't.

There are a few bypasses for cloudflare that pass the verification page.

Theres plenty of scripts out there to bypass the 5 second wait thing
or you could try getting the backend ip and attack http://ip
