If you recommend for us to take a video of the transaction, then what's the point of us using your website?
If you take a video and don't use our website, the most you can do is post a deal dispute against the user on HF and ruin their reputation. However, by using our website, you can do all of that and get your money as well!

We encourage ever seller to take a video of them giving the item to the buyer to ensure that no scamming occurs.

As everyone else stated. Thats where the support team would step in. We put a reminder to the seller to make sure he/she takes a video of the transaction. That way we can prove who's scamming. This rendering scamming useless.
