If OP offers vouch copies and if it's still available then user could ask for vouch copies(if he meets with seller requirements).
Else it's violating site terms.

OP never stated that he is no longer giving out vouch copies and never stated how many vouch copies he is giving away. Therefore it is not vouch begging as I understand it.
