If you/your friend has some kind of proof that he's the owner of the iPad you could easily take it to your local Apple store and tell them about the problem.

If you're looking for a spreadsheet with tweaks that are compatible with IOS 9.1 there is one docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qldMC3rkDJmARQvtB347HWnY7i36DrGH5DBxEJsLgKs/edit#gid=1640551637.

I would love to believe so thinking that the Apple has been pushing update after update it feels like and now when 9.3 i think they might just get the jailbreak working on there.

Appreciate it!
I recently upgraded my iPad to iOS 9.2.1, and then realized there was not a jailbreak for that firmware. What is the most recent firmware that has a reliable jailbreak? Can I downgrade to that firmware?

unfortunately not. The latest jailbreak is for 9.1. and you're not able to downgrade to that because apple stopped the firmware signing for that firmware.

So basically my only option is to wait until the next jailbreak? Assuming that is 9.3?

Yes, but don't upgrade until it is 100% confirmed, we might get a jailbreak on 9.2-9.2.1

I have JB'd my device. it is on 9.0.2, and i did this a while back. now I cant find any of the repositories that comes with it, if i try to do one it give me a red text saying
"I wasn't able to locate the file for the repo.biteyourapple.net.array package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package"
I have my data turned off and i am only using wifi. If you know what i could do to fix this that would be most helpful.

Might be a dump question but have you tried deleting the repo and then adding it back?
