What is the blue bar? is it something good? if yes, how do i increase it?

That bar is connected to the amount of posts that you have.
If you upgrade you can set a custom usertitle, however if you don't upgrade these are the standard titles and bars:

[nobody@HF:] - 0 posts = 1 bar
[user@HF:] - 50 posts = 2 bars
[bin@HF:] - 250 posts = 4 bars
[www@HF:] - 1000 posts
[bind@HF:] - 2500 posts = 5 bars
[ssh@HF:] - 5000 posts = 6 bars
[root@HF:] - 10000 posts =
[gawd@HF:] - 25000 posts = full bars
[exiled@HF:] - Banned = no bars

Please don't go around feeding false information. Everything you said is wrong, refer to the post above yours for the amount of posts needed for your the usertitle to change for non-upgraded members. The only thing that affects the default usertitle and stars is post count.

This is the default setting which applies to normal members and those with a custom userbar set as their display group, additionally
Ub3rs, Staff, and Admin - 7 bars
L33t - 6 bars

Nah, you can't.
Try posting HQ responses and avoid LQ posts.
If you do however want to post LQ posts there's a chance you will get banned.

Are you sure that this is correct information? Because depending on your user-group, you have different amount of bars.🤝

EDIT: It's not correct as I have 500+ posts and still 6 bars.
