How to send same e-mail to multiple recipients at once without them knowing?

I tested hotmail BBC, but doesn't seem to work.
Just shows all the BBC contact for recipient.

I need to send 1 e-mail to 100+ recipients at once.
BCC is the only option, hence it standing for Blind Carbon Copy. Try setting up your hotmail with Outlook and doing a test BCC send from there. Also, you don't have to put anything in to "To" box, just fill out BCC.
aint my sig design skills sick?

Okay.
However, it is not recommendable to leave the ''To'' box open, considering mails sent with this box left open are occasionally flagged as spam.

I think this issue can easily be solved by programming a simple application where you can upload an e-mail list, and can have the same e-mail sent to all the e-mail on the list simultaneously, but seperately.

Actually, that's a pretty good idea.
