Is the Leveling/rank/DLC services recovery? As in the email tranfer to your sc account?

The leveling services basically I log in to your SC (RGSC copies only), do what you want me to do e.g. set a custom rank 1-8000, change played time K/D etc. No e-mail transferring or anything of that sort of stuff.
