In about a week from now I’m going to host a GFX Course within the sub-forum of Dawn. The course will be based around cartoony style, and we’ll be mostly focusing on Photoshop.

♥ How is this going to work?
Each week I’ll post a lesson/tutorial. For example, in the first week, we’ll focus on the pen tool; we will cover how to use it properly. After that, we’ll move on to coloring, shading, etc. Also, each week you’ll be given a different assignment to accomplish. For example, after the first week's lesson, you’ll have to create some simple shapes using the pen tool.

Please note: If you fail to accomplish the given assignment, you’ll be kicked from the group. If you don't think you'll be able to handle turning in your homework on time, don’t even bother applying.

That’s pretty much all you have to know for now.

♥ Why are you interested in this course?: I greatly admire your unique graphics skills, and I would love to learn more about digital drawing skills and hopefully being able to create a few small designs of my own with your mentoring. I am relatively skilled in using Photoshop for general digital graphics, such as thread designs and signatures, but I've never tried drawing before. I even bought my own tablet pad for drawing a year or so back, but I have barely used it.

♥ Why are you interested in this course?: I go to school for Art and Graphic Design, so I draw and use photoshop a lot. I mostly just draw right now so this could be a good refresher into using photoshop. I feel joining this joining this course will help refine some of my photoshop skills, learn some new techniques, and give me the opportunity to meet some new people.

I want to improve my graphics designing skills and want to do better at it. Would love to learn from others and improve my GFX skills. I am really interested in learning cartoons and other stuff that Novica does.

I have been using Photoshop for around 3 years now, and I just can not seem to move ahead for some reason. I am stuck with just using basic tools and coming out with half decent work.
It would be fucking amazing if I could join and expand my knowledge and skillset of graphic design, especially with you!

♥ Why are you interested in this course?: I am interested in this course because i have always liked art and i know how to use basic tools of photoshop and i have always been interested in making illustrations as a hobby but it doesnt turn out well. So i would love to be a part of this group to learn from people who know more than me and learn from them and hopefully become better than them.
