[Razorcrypt] To everyone that got raided [Lawyer]

Keep in mind that I live in Germany and the laws in your country might be different !

I had a meeting with a lawyer today specialized on IT/Internet rights and all the laws bound to that.

As long as you don't have any RAT tools or similar stuff on your PC you're completely fine. The crime you're suspected of §202c is the preparation to spy or steal data. In my case they raided me because of a PP transaction 2 years ago (which I don't even remember). Now if 2 years after the initial commitment of the crime there's no malware found on your PC, they can't convict you of a preparation since noone prepares 2 years and then suddenly starts to spread malware.

On the other hand if they find let's say DarkComet on your PC they still have to prove that you actively used it to spread it and steal peoples personal infos. So DarkComet with no connected victims would be fine.

Everyone just relax and check your mailbox from time to time, most of you will find a letter that says your case got closed.

Kind regards

these guys are over exaggerating its not illegal to use a crypter .the raids are to catch you doing other shit
I have no sympathy for those who got raided. If you want to play big boy hacker you have to do it right the first time. Anyone who gets burned by this is paying the price for not paying respect to The Game.

Replacing your HDD doesn't actually solve any data issues lol -make sure you know what data is being sent off like your hardware ID as that can play a factor in serious cases.
Holy customers got raided?

True, True. If you're doing something illegal, you should face the consequences.

Water doesn't do anything to it unless it's powered on. Even then it'll just fry the circuits that power the disk, the actual information stored on it will remain almost untouched. Hopefully you're not in a situation where you have to destroy evidence because you'd be straight fucked.
