I purchased some hack thing and when I got it, it made my download a hack launcher, some framework shit and a ton of other garbage, then when I started that, it made me do updates to my computer and restart it, so when I restarted it, my PC crashed and said something was wrong with one of my Windows 32 files and I had to do a system restore to bring it back to normal. I know it wasn't a virus because the site was legit, but I don't know, I just don't think my computer could run the hacks.
Are there any hacks where you don't have to download a million things? Just hacks that you download and open and can start using?

What website was it who you bought the hacks from? Most websites require certain dependencies and framework.
Most cheats need those redistributables (the stuff it was downloading) since it's made in C++. I think now that you have all that shit downloaded, any cheat you purchase will run out of the box. The fastest cheat I've used so far (in terms of injecting and opening CSGO and the menu) is Aimware. Interwebz has a slower injection process. Unity is pretty fast too.

There are plenty of cheats like this. Like platinum, leaguemode, chods, bithax, etc, etc, etc.

if you can't follow a simple step-by-step tutorial you shouldn't even buy any cheats
You could indeed learn coding then make hack. But if your looking to buy one, I can vouch for AIMWARE
Platinum is really simple and easy to use, but it's somewhat difficult to actually get a slot.
