Why the fuck would you give this site back to a previous owner for free? This thread title implies the hypothetical situation that you are the owner of HF...why would you do that lmao.

Edit: And what I would do is most likely regulate the market place and charge a small tax for each sale. And keep everything else the way it is until I gain more knowledge on ways I can monetize the site without ruining it.
