I have tried using Whatismyip, and while it works to a certain extent, I have never been able to figure out who it is I am attempting to hack, or even if it is the IP of an individual or a company. Does anyone know how to get more personal information from IP's?

You can get a great amount of information via just an ip address. I'm lucky to have access to 30gb of US related data. And the majority of entries consist of an Ip address. Therefore making doxing in the US with just an ip address easier. Leaked data is great to have and use.
