It might increase your prestige (Only Omniscient knows and it's his little secret), but I wouldn't call that "getting anything". Other than that, nothing.

I don't think there should be any reward for people who refer.
If you like HF and you want your friends to be part of it then just invite them without expecting any reward in return.
