News flash, Tommy isnt the price margin of groups, he is a buyer that was willing to pay 5k. If owners wouldnt sell for so cheap groups worth would be worth more since theirs not a supply of them anymore. If owners wouldnt need cash in a pinch and sell for less then 10k, I'm sure tommy offer would have been a lot higher then 5k and groups value would be a lot more.
Nobility and Glitch are trying to sell their groups for some months
Nobody bids more than 5k

If you didn't milk the fuck out of the group by selling mass leaderships then re-brand it a few days later you might of gotten over 5k+, sucks for you.
The nigga sam just bent u over and fucked the shit outta you.

I doubt you'll get higher offers
Can someone please tell me why are groups so special that someone is willing to offer this much money.
You can get a nice car for that price 😖
Give me 2000$ and I'll consider taking it over.

A nice car for 5k? Ok kid.

The fact you junked the thread then created a new one proves that. Why is the thread closed may I ask? 😁
Do you realize what you are doing? You are practically sales trashing. Anyone who reads your comments is going to feel discouraged, you're shutting down potential buyers. With all due respect, idiots put their emotions in business, not grown men. Grown men see the importance of buying and selling. It's a product that does not require any reviews. Don't open your mouth when it's against the rules to sales trash. I'm not siding with anyone but it's simply petty to do such a thing. Nex might be acting immature too, but take it easy hoss.

Would be somewhat funny if you were ub3r and actually approved to run a group.

Well, the group's value is getting so low, I think everyone could own this.🤐

What you fail to understand is that nobody truly cares about the group history itself. You are not buying a group at this point, you're buying a GROUP SLOT which will allow for you to CREATE a group with your own userbar and likes. You can do whatever you want with your group, you're not buying any rights except for the SF. Might as well rename the thread to 'selling A group' as the group itself doesn't even matter.

Fuck if I would buy a group from someone who re-branded the group 4 times just to milk it for money. I would go and buy another group which is up for sale with a clean and somewhat successful history. 🙂
If I were to buy it I wouldn't give two shits about the history
Obli's point is extremely valid.

Literally nobody on HF cares about the 'history' or what the group used to be if the owner is a different person. Boy, I sure wonder how people are going to be bringing it up; 'hey dude! the group you own on an online hacking forum used to be crap when it was ran by a person that is not you! hah!'. Or something of the type. In any case, I don't understand how anyone is going to be deranged by the 'history' when you're literally buying a slot at this point.
It's pretty stupid if you ask me. You're literally buying a group slot from both sellers at this point. It doesn't matter 'who' used to own it except if it's someone who, like, scammed a lot because nobody likes dealing with scammers. I find the argument that 'you're gonna care if it's imprinted on a wiki later on' pretty stupid as Omni has been putting off MAKING a wiki and nobody cares about group drama.
I'm not going to be buying a group to brag about how it used to be when it was not under my direction. That would be living off glories that I did not accomplish myself, I'd be living off the pride of other people then. Pretty dumb if you ask me.
In any case, what you are doing is very much sales trashing. It would be pleasant if you refrained from posting any further as your presence in its core contradicts the rules of HF when it comes to trashing sales.
What he has done with his group doesn't affect it's value.
Yes, Nex is a shit head for for the scummy monetizing tactics done with the group, but it doesn't decrease it's value.
I'll bid $5,000 BTC + transfer fee.
Already approved for ownership.

People see what he did, potential members to buy, buy-ins and leadership spots have been being fucked up, so people now is scared to lose money. So it potentially loses its value. If there's no way to decrease value, so explain me if there's the possibility to increase the value?!
If what you say was true, the groups would be valued in all sales the $500 for example that is the price that Omniscient has sold them since the beggining!
So, it's logic, if the group value can increase it can also decrease. Don't say bullshit.
By the way, no one needs to sale trash or anything that you're saying, because everyone who is in the "market" of the groups or even to buy buy-ins, knows that can trust him for deals.
It can also happen what happen like did happen to the other group that two people bought the group at once and only one had rights to remains with it, I don't know all about that particular history but it's the basic I've understand...

I think you need to re-read my posts. I essentially claimed that the group itself does not matter as much as the group slot. Let me put the pieces very nice and slowly. If you buy this group, logically, you are going to want to revamp it. If you are to revamp it, then logically, you are going to change its name, its userbar and the member base. Logically, if you do that, then the group Nex is so infamous for won't have any presence anymore. With that in mind, it is very much more like buying a group slot. You're getting approved by Omni to run a group, YOUR group. Sure, if Nex offered the group as it is with no possibilities of changing it (which is what most if all group owners do...), sure, you could say the group value is going down. When people are selling groups they're implying the following: You give me a specific amount of money, in exchange, I provide you with the rights to my group and its sub-forum. It's not rocket science.
Not really. Groups went for way more because people were hyped with having a group, group owners overpriced their groups and Omni refused making more slots. You can't buy a group slot from Omni, so you buy the SLOT from other people to make your own group. It won't matter what group it USED to be, because it's going to have a new owner, a new leader, new members, new sub-forum content and new userbar.
The group value can only increase when there isn't much availability and a large demand. If everyone wants to invest in a group and if I am the only group owner who's ready to sell my group slot, then I can price it at $10,000 and wait for the next 'investor' to pay me. I'll make a swift profit off the momentary hype people have, and from then on, they can invest, resell, make more money, I don't care as it does not concern me any further.
People are not scared to lose money if it is under a new owner. If Nex was selling a leadership spot, yes, you would be very much right. While he is still selling leadership spots, I'm guessing that the owner could just kick the leaders appointed by the previous owner and blame Nex for it because that would be his fault. People don't give a fuck in the world of business, god damn it, get it right. There's benefit and benefit, no 'boo i dislike nex booo i hate nex hes a meanie'. Astonish was a shitty group owner yet people didn't give a shit when he sold his group. People are business figures in here.
