Distribution and Non-Distribution AV scanning Sites

Hello guys, i have serious question...

few days ago, i scanned my crypted file with .net crypter (private stub) - got fud result on viruscheckmate

than

i scanned on majyx scanner, pscan, nodistribute all results came out the same (no detection)

and yesterday i got 1/42 (ESET) i scanned on viruscheckmate and now i got 6/42 - I didnt distributed file to any other PCs or scanned on other sites(i dont have AV installed on PC)... is there possibility that one of that sites are distributin samples? or am i missing something?

What Scanners do u trust 100% ? or can you reccomend one that is not distributin samples and you are definitely sure?
How do you know its a 100% unique stub? Its probably not as private as you think... Unless you coded it yourself. Coder was probably lazy when giving you yours.
majyx scanner, pscan and nodistribute use scan4you API. there have been thread posted in past which point out Scan4you distributes you files silently but after 4 to 5 days after you scan on there.

It can be easy under-table money from AV company and also the thing is there service is much cheap then viruscheckmate

paid 50usd for private stub :/ i hope its private - but i will think about it and do some tests :)

Who coded you the stub? You gotta ask him this question.
Ive used these scanners for a long time while coding Cryptic. There is absolutely no distribution going on.
Its definitely your coder who is the root of this.

don`t be so sure of that, i`ve used those scanners too and i got someone with windows server on my rat, the funny thing is that i don`t rat and only use rats locally for testing proposes, you can`t trust anybody these days

I have tested these scanners properly.
Before i started coding my crypter, i coded a file which created a simple web connection, to check if there was any form of distribution.

Nothing was reported back. I did this continuously for over a week.
After a while i did the same to virustotal and all the other distribution scanners. which obviously created a ton of connections.

So unless something glitched or happened recently. then no i do not believe they distribute.
Id rather put my finger on several cross detections due to sloppy coding when creating this stub.
i dont know how it happend but it did, it appeared only for 2 mins , i didin`t had time to take a good look i was like wtf, maybe they distribute randomly or as someone said after a certain amount of time, who knows

could have been a glitch, maybe it distributed for you.. but i havent seen it happen to me yet :)
YEAH i think he is right because it also happened to me several times by Majix and Nodistribute and I coded my stub myself.
i guess its better to pay on file2scan, some of my friends use that and until now it has not distribute

I agree with you, it has also happened with me.

thanks for your experience, so i can rule out scanning site

i should test private stub again, and than confront coder,
