Looking for proxy organizer

Does anybody know a way of making a script which organizes proxies in order to be used with proxychains?

I mean for example:

Quote:97.67.245.38:10200@SOCKS45
131.191.83.183:10200@SOCKS45
66.186.231.62:10200@SOCKS45
104.145.123.25:10200@SOCKS45
72.12.94.196:10200@SOCKS45
72.191.64.194:10200@SOCKS45
212.47.229.71:9003@SOCKS45
208.69.162.243:10200@SOCKS45
63.134.175.40:10200@SOCKS45
64.179.174.194:10200@SOCKS45
64.37.17.177:10200@SOCKS45
68.234.246.253:10200@SOCKS45
69.47.160.8:10200@SOCKS45
188.120.234.1:10068@SOCKS45
123.30.188.46:2214@SOCKS45

Organising them so its

socks4 64.179.174.190 10200

If anybody knows a way. A decent tutorial or something for python coding maybe for implementing prefixes or something along those lines.
PHP Code

<?php
iplist
= [(x.split(":")[0],x.split(":")[1]) for x in (re.findall('\d+\.\d+\.\d+\.\d+:\d+', data))]
for
x,y in iplist:
    print
x,y
Is that all that is needed?

131.191.83.183:10200@SOCKS45
66.186.231.62:10200@SOCKS45
104.145.123.25:10200@SOCKS45
72.12.94.196:10200@SOCKS45
72.191.64.194:10200@SOCKS45
212.47.229.71:9003@SOCKS45
208.69.162.243:10200@SOCKS45
63.134.175.40:10200@SOCKS45
64.179.174.194:10200@SOCKS45
64.37.17.177:10200@SOCKS45
68.234.246.253:10200@SOCKS45
69.47.160.8:10200@SOCKS45
188.120.234.1:10068@SOCKS45
123.30.188.46:2214@SOCKS45
"""

iplist = [(x.split(":")[0],x.split(":")[1]) for x in (re.findall('\d+\.\d+\.\d+\.\d+:\d+', data))]
for
x,y in iplist:
    print
x,y
No point in using Python for this. Sed works even better. Or hell, notepad++
