Mentions my ISP and is threatening me to remove a neutral rep. Says 60 seconds. I'll see you guys in 5-30 minutes when the boot expires.

Anything that can be done about this? I don't want to be booted off by some skid that threatens to Ddos people who neg or neutral him.

You could just call your ISP and tell them to reset your IP address, or do an IP release and renew.

I have ran into many kids who have threatened me with a DDoS, but I just say do it. It is usually just some sort of scare factor, but even if they do decide to do it you can easily fix it.

You could also try tracing the DDoS pings and getting him back, just PM me if you need help with tracing pings, or follow the guide here.
