You can simply deposit/withdraw using your own credit card (Bank). I am not 100% sure, but it would surprise me if you couldn't. As bank payments can be done all over the world.

Yes you can use sites with BTC, HOWEVER --> It's harder to use the method with BTC only, and I will not give you a refund if it doesn't work out for you when using BTC cause the method IS working, it's just harder to do with BTC.
