when ever i try running ./ss 22 -a ip range -i eth0 -s 10 on my vps i get this error

libnet_select_device(): none(): cant find interface eth0

pls dont hurt me, i know im a skid
type ifconfig and look at the interfaces it uses and just change eth0 to which ever one it uses :)
./ss 22 -a ip range -i venet0:0 -s 10
Post the output of the command "netstat -i" or "ip link show"
My guess is that you have venet0 instead of eth0

You're using a VPS with a virtual network adapter/ethernet cable.

Try venet0 instead of eth0.
