Turboer allows you to snatch a username when they change their username.

For example, lets say you turbo the username JasonDerulo. If JasonDerulo changes his username, your Instagram username will instantly change to JasonDerulo.

Yes it will work on Windows XP as long as you have .NET Framework 4.

The user of this tool is to steal usernames or to safely transfer usernames between two accounts. It makes several attempts to change your username per second until you click stop. Pretty straight forward.
