I find this game is quite boring when you work full time and chill at home. Maybe they should add some mini-games in that could give you like 10-25 XP per completion. Something that you could do anywhere "x" amount of times per day, per Pokémon.

They will need to add stay-at-home aspects if the game is going to have player retention for longer than a month. I have a feeling they won't fuck it up and will eventually implement something.
