You get eggs from Pokéstops. I'm not sure what level you have to be to start getting them though. I'm sure it's before level 5 though.

You have to go to poke stops. When you're near one, it'll make a noise &/or go bigger. Tap it and spin the circle thing and things will pop out, most of the time you should find an egg. I got like 8 in a few minutes of walking around near my block. I too want a drtini :( Be prepared to walk 20 kilometres to hatch a few though.

You get eggs randomly from Poke Stops and from leveling up. Dratini can be found out in the wild, although I've yet to see or catch one for myself.

I actually caught my first Dratini today lol. I made my friend stop the car in the middle of the road to catch it. She kept bitching at me while I made her wait lmao.

Oh I didn't make the chart lol. Just found it on some website. I forgot where. I closed it after uploading it to imgur. I hope it helps though :)

A lot of this information is being aggregated from the Pokemon GO subreddit I'm pretty sure. At the moment I think that's the largest connected Pokemon GO online community.

Thanks OP, this will help. I live far from pokestops so I never really even get eggs that often so I don't have to worry about hatching them. If I do i'd probably just put my phone on a ceiling fan.
