Finally found my typo that was giving the award incorrectly.
Had... if($awid = "93") Should have been... if($awid == "93") Ugh. Sorry about that. Simple typo. Error fixed. Replaced the clover with the ball. That's why no one won the clover awards since I did this and why a couple members got the poke ball twice and why some got the poke ball award outside of the Pokemon Go forum.
