And I have some new feature ideas too concerning this. We'll see how it goes. I like that we're doing something more fun and less Marketplace oriented for the moment. Too often I feel like everything I do revolves around our Marketplace.

I had a 55% chance of getting the award so far, and a 15% chance at a clover and have just been unlucky :(.

Exactly, everyone's trying to get the award so New Posts is nothing but Pokemon Go. I can't even find a userscript to block certain forums from appearing.

Replaced the clover with the ball. That's why no one won the clover awards since I did this and why a couple members got the poke ball twice and why some got the poke ball award outside of the Pokemon Go forum.

Very simple typo caused all that.


There is no limit. It's a randomly won award. Every post in the Pokemon Go forum that meets the requirements has a chance.

Question is it possible to get 2 pokeballs, and be able to have them actually on display? That would be cool as fuck, I would like to see some mew's or something too.

That's not how chance works. This is known as the gambler's fallacy.
Regardless of the amount of tries, the chance does not increase. It will stay at 1:250 (or 4‰).

You most likely won't be able to have more than one of them, as is also the case with most donation awards.
