Anyone know what happens during a soft ban? I heard that it last 2-3 hours but does it mean you cant login or what?

When you get a softban you will notice that you cant use pokestops/gyms and when you find a pokemon and try to catch them they will run away immediately. The time a softban lasts is how much you travelled from your original location. But usually it lasts 1-3 hours.

I have ben playing for about 15 hours now and haven't had a bad, just don't over abuse and walk the oceans.

Soft ban is just being banned from using the pokestops and catching pokemon.
You'll waste your pokeballs trying to catch a pokemon cause they will just run away and the pokestops wont ever work.

So I am using similair, bluestacks app and also gps spoofer to play on PC, i moved to my towncenter and could play, I stood at 3 pokestops ( all together) and played for a couple hours.. I didn't hop anywhere infact I didnt move once, and I was soft banned?? Is it possible it just detects GPS spoof regrdless? or perhaps if you stay still for over set time??
