Spoiler (Click to View) Been dealing with Sahaj a while ago for his GFX Service. I liked his graphics and paid him for it in advance - Sadly we agreed that he sends me "all the files"

Now he's telling me he wants more money for the PSD's while we agreed upon sending all the files - I would've sent him money via paypal which he recently got anyway but I won't send him money under these circumstances.

He never mentioned that he doesn't give out PSD's, not in his Thread neither in the Skype Convo - He mentioned it just towards the very end.

The first screenshot that you've shared in your thread is where we were talking about the Panels, which you wanted in two versions, with border and without border. So basically, I did both the versions for you in the payment of one, which I didn't have a problem doing. I'd suggest that you share the rest of the conversation about it, where I said that I'll send you both versions, and it's fairly obvious that I was talking about With and Without border files, when we were talking about all the files there.

"Paid him for it in advance." - I did not agree on giving away the PSD's, and you didn't just willy-nilly paid me for stuff, we had a detailed conversation about what you wanted, and as you can read in the Terms of Service of my graphics thread here, since you are a non-upgraded member, refer to #4 term of service, where I said that I will ask for advance payment if the user seems sketchy.

Neither did I mention that I'm going to give out PSD's. I've been doing graphics for more than a year now professionally, and I've never once given out the PSD's for my work. It's not just me, but most of the designers you'd meet won't give them out under any circumstances. User said that he's going to some other designer for the rest of the mock ups that he needed, and I gave the user everything that I got paid for, which does not include the PSD's. I got paid a total of $25 BTC, for all what I did, which includes, banners for Twitch, Reddit, Twitter, other than that, I did the Logo, and all the Twitch panels, not once, but twice, because the user asked to change the whole design after I was done, so I had to do them over, but I stuck to what I said in my graphics thread, that I'll work until the user is satisfied, which the user was, he said that in his own words.

Honestly, I don't see a point in this whole dispute, the user was expecting all that work done for that amount of money, which yes, I agreed to do, and I did, but I won't give out the PSD's, which is basically my hard work, so that the other designer would replicate for his future projects. I have sent all the files, all the versions that we agreed that I'd work on.

I've been doing graphics designing for a long time now, and I've worked for over 50+ people just on HF, and during my whole time on HF, I've never had disputes with any member, no issues whatsoever.

Smh, this is one of the most useless deal disputes ever. Sahaj did absolutely nothing wrong here. As a Thread designer myself i RARELY give away the PSD because of people stealing hard work hence why i don't give it out very often.

I said all the files, I specificelly said all files - I did NOT say all the panels.

We never agreed on anything but that you make the stuff I needed for me. You never told me that you do not share PSD's whatsoever. We never really had a detailed conversation either.

I had to wait for most of the work of this and such, you did not know the sizes of the panels twitch pic whatsoever and had to look it up first, when did I ask to change the whole design? After the first thing you did? lmao.

While I do understand that giving out PSD's might not be a usual thing, I do understand the OP. If someone told me he would send me "all the files" afterwards, I would assume the PSD's are included.

P.S - Don't be a racist.

As I already mentioned I would've paid him more in the first place anyway if he would've had PayPal straight away but he didnt at that point. If he would've just send me the files right away I would've sent him like 15-20 eur in Paypal after I would've received it. Sadly he then started bugging me about the whole thing he forces me to pay it.

Also since you're a friend of him. Why are you judging this, shouldn't this be a unbiased spot to discuss this? I don't see the point of this dispute area if friends step in without a objectional opinion.

Valid scam report. Although the phrase "all the files" can be taken for interpretation, Sahaj agreed to it. Hence, every single file should be provided to him, including the fonts as well, as the deal called for it.

If the seller did not state that he would give away PSD or you did not directly ask him, I don't think he's at fault. Sorry OP, as shitty as it may be for you, that's how it goes.

Rather than violently argue, try to reach an agreement with the seller. He seems like a reasonable person.

We did have a detailed conversation before I began working. We talked about the pricing, you getting the bitcoins, you told me everything you wanted done, and I told you how much it'd cost, which took you two days to get, and I didn't start working till I got the money. It's fairly obvious that a graphics designer won't share the designs, since the styles and the way they're achieved would me easy to copy for any other person, and there won't be any need for us then. Plus, I worked, as you told me to side by side, I sent every single thing, and you asked what changes you wanted made.

You had to wait days at first, because I was waiting for the payment, which when I got, I started working instantly. You did ask to change the designs of panels, by asked me to add "GG" to all of them, which came to your mind when I was done working on them, so basically I had to resize all the text, to fit that, so I had to re-do the borders and everything, but then again, you asked to change the size of GG, which was the third time I started working on them again.

I didn't work on the website mock up, it took days to get back to you for it, and honestly, you don't have a right to blame me for that, because I refused to take payments for them, because I knew that I was going to be busy with personal issues. So basically, you didn't pay me for that, so you don't have a right to bring that in.

I was absent after I was done with the work that I was paid for. You have no right to blame me for being absent after that, because you didn't pay me for the rest of the stuff because I refused to.

I have never been given a PSD for free. If i ever want it i always have to pay more for it...

That's why i only use one guy whenever i need something :) This is useless dispute..
