Hello HF! I am excited to share with you all today a glimpse into how myself, and many other Amazon FBA sellers make money using the same methods every day. The information being shared with you in this guide is a public process called Amazon FBA marketing and my rise to success was online arbitrage and retail arbitrage. I have since stopped doing OA and RA, reason being that I have reached the end goal of every sellers dream, private labeling a product in an evergreen niche. Now I am reaping the benefits of a recurring passive income stream while I focus on scaling this business. It's been 3 1/2 months thus far and we just hit $10K/month in sales with very minimal investment. I'm confident as we begin to scale and finding financial efficiencies, we can push $50K/month or more!
How retail and online arbirage works?
Retail stores are always competiting with each other for shelf space in the store. Clearance sections, discounts, promotions are all designed to get rid of inventory. They can still make a profit even at those low prices. Just because a product is in the clearance section doesn't mean it doesn't sell. It just didn't sell in that particular store. It was in a retail store for a reason right? Because the demand was there to get them on the shelf in the first place.
This is where I come in and buy up all the crap. There is an Amazon Sellers App, where you go up to every barcode and scan it. It will immediately tell you the current selling price, BSR (best seller ranking), and associated fees you expect to pay. Minus the cost that you actually paid for the item and the remainder is your final net profit.
This doesn't just work on retail stores. It works online and in yard sales, thrift shops, flea markets, etc. You won't believe some of the stuff that I've resold. Can you believe I bought 10 packs of unopened floppy disks at a yard sale, and resold them for $20 each? Old CD Players, Printers, Toys, Video Games are hidden gold mines. You won't believe the stuff that people would buy, even used!
What is Amazon FBA?
Over 60% of the world’s online shopping is done on Amazon, making it a sellers paradise. There are tons of opportunities to upsell the same products that you can find in regular retail stores for 40% - 200% profit on Amazon. Amazon has a service called FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) where you ship your products to their warehouses and for a fee, they take care of the packing, shipping, and customer service for your orders. Send your products to their warehouse one-time and the only thing you need to do is SELL!
People LOVE to buy items on Amazon. Joining FBA makes your products eligible for Prime Shipping. With a Prime membership, users can get free 2-day delivery on millions of items. Amazon has increased delivery efficiency in some areas to Same-Day or even delivery within a few hours! Sending your products directly to Amazon takes care of the hassle of packing goods and opens up to preferred buying options from Amazon Prime users.
"BUY LOW, SELL HIGH"
The price of products goes up and down all the time. If you ever wondered why stores offer sales and discount clearance items, it’s because they want to get rid of it to clear shelf space for new merchandise. There are millions of products sitting in clearance sections, garage sales, and thrift shops all around the world. Find a hot product for cheap, then you can flip it for some decent profit on Amazon.
I just want to show how easy it is to retail arbitrage. If you are already selling on FBA, you know that it is a hustle game. Your time is your biggest investment.

Resell 100 of these, and profit $984! The Best Seller Rating is a ranking that shows how popular that item is compared to the entire category. The lower the seller rating, the more likely it is to be sold. As of 7/11/16, the Office Products category has 7.4 million product listings, putting this planner within the Top 1-2% in this category. Items in this category are sure to sell!
If you have a registered FBA seller account, Amazon will tell you exactly how much your fees will be for a given product. For this example, the fees came out to $6.15

I have been doing this since 2014, and is still very profitable to resell products while maximizing your ROI. Unfortunately I am not here to guide you through the entire process. You will have to learn on your own because it's not a secret method.

What exactly are you selling and why?
As mentioned in the beginning, I no longer do retail arbitrage. I’ve been selling on Amazon since 2014 and I’ve hit the end goal of every seller dream, which is to have your own PL (private label). I have a limited liability company with a stellar product which is selling like hotcakes and will be focusing on scaling that business, introducing new product lines, and finding efficiencies.
While I have stopped arbitraging, I LOVE doing data research. I am a data analytics guy by heart and profession so this came second nature to me. I search the web using premium FBA tools to do product research and competitive analysis to find the best products and ROI. There are so many variables that need to be taken into account such as Best Sellers Rank, pricing, product weight, sales trends, discounts, etc.
For those who are interested, I will be selling a 1-2 personal coaching spots to guide you through the process of getting started. My ideal candidate would be somebody who has an FBA account but is having trouble finding the right products to resell based on all the above criteria. I'm heavily vetting my options here, and needs somebody with real drive and willingness to learn on their own. I work a full time job, and currently scaling my company. My time will be sparse but I will be there for you when you need it, every step of the way. Looking for a potiential partner going in this Q4 sales season, which is projected to be the biggest ever.
Selling Daily Retail Arbitrage Lists - minimum of 10 products per list, capped at 10 people per day
Pricing: $10 - $15, depending on number of items I can source
Criteria: BSR Top 1-2% in categories, Minimum ROI of 40% (after FBA fees aka NET PROFIT!)
I am selling fresh daily up-to-date online arbitrage lists just like the image below, max 10 people per day. No list wil be sold to more than this limit, any no products will be recycled on future lists. I do all the research, and curate the list to show the best products of the day. Minimum of 10 items - up to 20 or more depending on other retail website pricing.
All products on this list will have a Best Sellers Rank within the Top 1-2% for most items and you will be able to make a minimum of 40%-90% ROI after FBA fees. Daily product lists start at $10, ranging up to $15 depending on how many products I am able to find for the day. For example, if I can only source 10 products, I would sell for $10, but if I source 20 items, I may ask for higher. I will provide an average of all the stats and post here.
