The day has finally come, today a few hours ago the pangu team tweeted they would have a working jailbreaking tool for iOS 9.3.2-9.3.3 but moments after many users found the tool in fact was already uploaded to their website but in Chinese, here's the tutorial on how to get successfully jailbrake your iOS Device:
64-Bit devices only. This means devices from 5s to the latest for iPhones.
Update: Does not work for iPad Pro 9.7, and the iPod Touch 6.
Before you try this, I'd advise you to back up your iOS Device in case you have any problems.
This is a tethered jailbreak, which means you need to re-jailbreak after you reboot. But hey, better than nothing.
Windows Tutorial:
1. Go to http :// jailbreak. 25pp. com /ppjailbreak /?from=25pp_00119 (Remove Spaces)
2. Install the PP jailbreak tool
3. Click on the green button to start the process
4. It will now ask you to accept a developer profile on your device (Settings > General Profiles)
5. The tool will now install PP on your device
6 Open the PP tool on your device and accept push notifications
7. Click on the circle
8. Now lock the screen, after locking it will inject the jailbreak
9. You will now get a push notification and PP will install Cydia
Mac OS X (No VM!) Tutorial:
1. Make sure you got the latest Xcode installed.
2. Download the jailbreak ipa http :// download. 25pp. com /ipa/jailbreak/inv_ent_final_0155.ipa (
Make sure its around 20Mb as the download often fails midway)
3. Download iOS App Signer from here
4. Create a new app in Xcode.
5. Select your device as a target
6. Do all the steps required to create a provisioning profile (There should be an error in Xcode which says "Fix-It")
7. Run the app once on your device to verify it's working, you can close it afterwards. (And trust the profile you just created)
8. Open iOS App Signer and choose the ipa you downloaded, choose the provisioning profile that you just created (check the app identifier)
9. Sart the resigning
10. Open Xcode - Window - Device
11. Install the ipa you just signed.
Edit: When you get the notification, wait around 1-2 minutes. The notification means that Cydia is being installed. Don't do anything while it happens, and after its done, it will reboot automatically.
Please don't uninstall the PP Tool. You're going to need that for each time you reboot your iDevice.
You'll need a computer first in order to download PP on your app. However, you don't need a computer to re-jailbreak after a reboot. Just open the PP App and itll do it for you.
Like always, if jailbreak fails the first time, reboot and try again. Pangu addressed this problem in their FAQ.
FAQ:
1. What's a tethered jailbreak? What's the difference?
Now each time you reboot your iDevice, you need to rejailbreak. You don't have to connect your device to your computer, but you still have to open the PP App for a re-jailbreak. The only difference of it from an untethered jailbreak is that tethered jailbreak require a re-jailbreak after a reboot while the untethered doesn't.
2. Do I have to re-jailbreak after a respring?
No.
3. Do the tweaks stay after the reboot? Or would I have to reinstall all tweaks?
All the tweaks will stay and the device will be back as if it was jailbroken the whole time once you re-jailbreak through the app after a reboot.
4. Why is it asking for an Apple ID?
Apparently some people are getting this message - its another common sideloading feature, so go ahead and give them your apple ID. The app is being installed under your apple ID, so you should give your legit apple ID.
5. Cydia crashes after jailbreaking. What to do?
Open the PP Tool and retry the download. It should work after another try. The device should automatically reboot sometime later after you lock your screen
6. I've been stuck on the windows pp tool for an hour. Is this normal?
If this is the case for you, I'd advise you to restart the whole jailbreaking process from step 1.
