Sadly advertises with "There are no hidden costs" yet he tries to sell me PSD files after he has done everything.
I've also told him to deal with my designs with discretion and yet he showed it around to other members.
I've opened a Trade dispute yet he tells me he wants 20$ for the PSD Files which is absolutely ridicilous.

I advertise everybody to not deal with him and take extreme caution. He will not state any other prices and will try to squeeze out some fancy extra cost.

Eventually I got my PSD's for the low price of 13$ - "No hidden cost"

Oh btw I would've given him 20 EUR if everything would've went smooth but whatever he doesn't seem to care about that. Just try to sell some excuses it's alright.

Over 70 satisfied clients just on HF, and then this guys comes, being cheap, saying things like, "$10 can give me food for 15 days in my country", not willing to pay for my hard work, which he was going to give to some other designer to replicate all of it, copy my styles. He clearly doesn't have no knowledge about the business and how the graphics can be leached. My services are cheap, but some people just expect too much for the little price I ask for. I never said that I'll give away PSD's to him, and then he digs into all the messages, and turn one message against me, where we talked about just panels. Sent him all files one by one, after finishing them, he had no problem with them, but now he wanted to go to some other designer, who wanted PSD's and then he started this, just makes me sad how cheap he is, and the things he said about my personal life.

I've been doing graphics for long time, and I know what I'm doing, which he clearly doesn't. Honestly, during my whole time on HF, this was the first ever dispute I had, and for nothing, but I regret doing business with him. He was hard to deal with, asked me to change designs multiple times, after I finished them, so had to do them all over again, gave him different versions for the same price, didn't ask for more, but even after all that, this happened. The dispute thread can be found here if anyone would like to have a look at the replies, and the reasonable things I said. I don't know if this would affect my service in any way, and I hope it doesn't. I offered him free updates in future, as I mentioned in my thread, and that would remain the same.

The dispute has been resolved now. He agreed on paying me half the price I asked for my hard work, which is sad, but can't do anything about it.

You never said that you don't include them, better include this in your TOS.

I actually need the PSD's besides that I wanted to have small changes but didn't say it cos in the end it wouldve pissed you off to add 2 letters again. Besides that I can't wait all the time.

It's interesting to come up with this all the time alltough you pull it out of context, Whatever it's cool that you and your friends gave me -reps (in total -9 )just because you feel like you have something to justify it for. I will not remove my posts besides that you almost didnt give me the PSD's because I didn't remove my comment yet and didnt change the dispute claim text, you can't force me to change my stuff when I paid you for the PSD's...
