It'll become normal later as you get more comfortable with the game and heroes, I play hard with some heroes and win easily, but others I suffer to win at medium, only played easy like 4-5 times when I first started.

Just started to play yesterday , hard to learn this one :)

It takes hell long time to learn, I'd say stick to 3-4 heroes that are most common and learn the mechanics and strategies, don't worry much about learning all items as they take much effort to remember them, common heroes are the ones played usually by bots.
