I have permission from the owner to discuss the website on multiple forums. As questions get asked and answered I will do my best to update the OP both from hackforums and other forums.
Any question I can't answer I will obviously ask and then post back.
FAQ:
Q: Do you have proof of the server quality?
A: This is my personal server using chargen and dns. And the one I'm currently showing is the onshore 6.1a. Please note the premium onshore have more stability, obviously. I get asked about the power often so here is this for those wondering:

Q: Are there unmetered servers?
A: There are metered and unmetered, you choose your bandwidth allowance.
Q: Are the server 100Mbps or 1Gbps?
A: The choice is yours; both options are available.
Q: Are the ports dedicated or shared?
A: The first set of servers can be shared or dedicated. The 1Gbps option is cheaper because it's shared on a 10G backbone.
The featured servers are completely dedicated regardless of choosing 100Mbps unmetered or 1Gbps.
The featured servers provide 100Mbps dedicated unmetered or you can choose to have a bandwidth allowance on 1Gbps; either option is dedicated port.
Q: Are the ports filtered?
A: There are no servers sold on http://AmpNode.com/, .info, .org, or .net that filter ports. They are all full ports.
Does AmpNode sell amp lists?
A: Yes, for nearly every method http://AmpNode.com/ is aware of. They are scanned fresh once ordered and delivered via e-mail as attachments.
Q: How can I contact the owner instead of you?
A: You can use the support e-mail, use the secondary yahoo mail, or open a ticket. All of these will get you a reply directly from admin.
Q: I've seen other people advertising AmpNode, are they paid to do this?
A: No, I'm not even paid to advertise. You can earn your own money by reselling etc. The individuals who advertise or comment on AmpNode are 100% doing so on their own accord out of appreciation of the highest quality hosting on the net and their efforts are greatly appreciated (some may receive gratuitous benefits on their monthly renewals but that's all I am allowed to say).
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: If ordered during business days, Monday through Friday, 12-24 hours is the average delivery time. If ordered on the weekend, you will typically receive Monday but weekend deliveries are sometimes possible.
Q: I see payment pending but it confirmed and everything, what's up?
A: Payments through CP seem to have a slow relay so they're most often confirmed directly by the owner and then your marked as paid and then your server build is queued and you will receive an e-mail stating such.
Q: Can I work for AmpNode?
A: I've received this question in pm sometimes, this is not up to me. Please e-mail the owner directly.
Q: What payment options do you offer? And do you accept Paypal?
A: BTC is the preferred and primary method of payment.
Paypal is accepted as long as you on-site information is identical to the Paypal account information and this gets verified with every Paypal payment. Every Paypal payment will require your full authorization of the payment to be completed via the e-mail you have on-site at AmpNode; which needs to be the same e-mail as your Paypal e-mail.
Other forms of preferred payment are Google Wallet.
If you're uncomfortable with having Paypal account personal information on a website online then the recommended options are G-wallet or sign up on:
Coinbase.com
Circle.com
These sites are trusted and Circle.com does not require you to purchase BTC for the seller to receive the funds as BTC.

Q: Is it possible to get the owners skype to deal with him directly?
A: Yes, I can provide either mine or the owners Skype via pm. However, you're infinitely more likely to reach him through the AN support e-mail. If you're unaware of this e-mail, then again I can provide it through pm, just message me asking for it.

Q: Can your servers be used for layer 7? And if so, how effective are they with a good list?
A: Currently there are no Layer 7 serves available on http://AmpNode.com/ but AmpNode does have a recommended source for L7 servers.
Q: I paid but it isn't showing paid, why?
A: Paypal payments usually show pretty quick as confirmed but BTC transactions need confirmations and depending on where you send from, this can take awhile.
Q: I ordered my server and paid but delivery is taking awhile, why is it taking so long?
A: What is your definition of long? Standard delivery time is 24-72 hours. Sometimes servers are delivered same day. During the weekends the orders process slower as there simply aren't as many techs or engineers in the Datacenters for setups. But if you feel it's taking awhile, check your order time, it's probably still within the standard 72-hour range.

Q: Does your service still spoof? I need it for layer 4, some friends said that AmpNode no longer spoofed? is this true?
A: AmpNode specializes in IP header modification (spoofing). Unless directly stated in the page itself, any and every server on http://AmpNode.com/ will and does spoof! Anyone saying the servers don't spoof are either f*****g with you or incredibly ignorant about their claims. AmpNode even provides spoofing data from the spoofer.org project to provide full evidence of each server option and the spoofing range.

Q: do you have XMPP or skype?
A: I do not have XMPP but I do have skype. I'm not often but I can be on if a request is made... just often too busy.
Q: If I buy a server and a list, would you setup the scripts for me?
A: Yes, I can do this for you as well as the owner of AN. Typically depending on your request/requirements this can come with a fee, typically not more than $5 but it depends on your needs. The short answer, yes, setup of scripts and API and more can absolutely be done for you.
Q: Why doesn't AmpNode offer Layer 7 or VPS? It's the same as spoofing.
A: No, it's not even close to the same. Spoofing is a security measure and keeps both the hosting network and the client safe if used properly. Layer 7 methods are easily traceable and therefore easy to report and therefore causes major issues with ISPs which the owner of AmpNode does not want to deal with at this time. The reason for no VPS is because using VPS to spoof is just not smart. Unless you run a low-end business or have a very specific use for a low-quality server with low-quality port then you should not use a VPS for spoofing + layer 4 tests.
Q: Can I use your servers for a stresser?
A: Well, not my servers no, but the servers from AmpNode yes. As long as your attacks are spoofed. AmpNode has often helped to setup secure APIs as well.
Q: Can I do long hour attacks like 24 hours to 36 hours?
A: It is your bandwidth, so you may use as long as you want. If you don't initially purchase enough bandwidth you can ALWAYS upgrade your bandwidth no problem.
Q: Will the server get suspended in any way?
A: If you scan, use layer 7 or straight DoS without spoofing then yes. However, you typically receive a warning. If there is no compliance to the warning then your server is revoked. Again, if you question the reliability or spoof capability of your script(s) then AmpNode can help.
Q: Are 100mbps ports good for attacks, does it matter?
A: Yes they're very good. The 100Mbps are unmetered and are dedicated ports. It is important to note that 1Gbps ports are obviously significantly more powerful when amp'ed.
