With necrobot u can choose per pokemon the minimum cp and/or IV but it will take some time to set it up for every pokemon u want.

I guess you don't want to use your phone for doing it, but you could use Necrobot/PokeMobBot (when PMB works) and use settings like 'keep all above 2000 CP' or 'only keep Dragonite, Snorlax, Vaporeon... etc' and when the bad Pokémon are transferred you can go snipe again :)

Constantly says they fled but i'm not soft banned, I can log in to the coordinates I put in on the user.xml and catch pokemon just fine.
