sorry if the title didn't make sense, but I will try to make more sense, (real story) there is this game on facebook that shut down in 2011 which is called restaurant city (for those who remember this game), he somehow got the game from 2011 with all the files everything you need, same texture everything, and made his own server or whatever you call it so he can basically ban anyone who goes on the game etc.. so he is admin/owner of the game.
So I hope that made more sense, now my question is, how do they do that? any answers are much appreciated thank you....

no this is the iphone app, i'm talking about the game that was on facebook in 2011 which is a bit different from the iphone app.

EA bought playfish or something like that and closed down the game!!! :(
but somehow some team brought the game back so they downloaded game files and made their own server I guess? that is what im trying to learn if someone can help me please do.
A distrobution only developed for Iphone?
I have not been doing this by my own, but i heard that you could download a Iphone Emulation and download the application through App Store, then crack it/copy.
Same with Android, but much easier by either rooting your device or downloading a emulator.
Anyway, find a cracked version of it :)

I have one game that is on server and its downloading for pc .. is it possible to copy that game? i mean can i open server and with cheat engine change server? like on clash of clans
I'm not sure about Restaurant City, but I dabbled with server file exploits in games like BF3 and BF4.
You can grab any game server files which run Punkbuster.
Punkbuster has a vulnerability which allows batch scripts to be used to modify screenshot capture sizes.
The problem is the scripts are automatically elevated to the admin level, so you have total CMD level control over the box the game server is running on, allowing you to copy the server files and dump them into a directory which you can connect to via FTP.
This also meant I could fuck with other people's servers, change their configs etc, by grabbing their files, modifying them, then copying them back over, all via batch scripts.
