I'm on Windows 7.

I keep getting this message popping up:



I tried unplugging and re-plugging in all my USB cables but the message keeps popping up. I tried to disable the notification, but that didn't work either.

Nothing, that's the problem. Even with nothing plugged in this still pops up.

Brother is your usb working from other pc? Try to isolate first the problem brother

Nothing, that's the problem. Even with nothing plugged in this still pops up.

Try this.
1. Power down the computer
2. Unplug all cables from the back and remove the side cover.
3. Locate the USB header connectors and unplug it/them. This is an example of that the USB header connectors looks like:

4. After you have done that, plug all the cables you unplugged earlier back in.
5. Power on the PC. Note your front USB ports will not be working.
6. Does the message still pop up?

I had a computer that had the front USB port short out. I had to so the same thing.

You don't have any USB display adapters or never install their drivers?

If you want, you can do >(cd ../../ && driverquery /V > test.txt) in an elevated CMD. In the root of C, you'll have a text file which will contain the driver query results. Post the log to pastebin and a link here.
