So let me get this straight, if we can "prove" someone scammed us, this group will attempt to seek out the offending party?

It's a good idea in theory, but who says the proof is valid/invalid before a group goes and ruins some kids life over possibly false pretenses.

Interested, but I want to know how the vetting processes for "proof" happens.
