It's just Parrotsec, it's a Kali alternative also based on Debian so if you know you're way around that you're sweet.

Mine is pretty standard minus everything being neat and put away now, tho I'd use or make a theme for it if I could.

That's fucking awesome man, is that a theme for your OS or something?

You could call it a theme if you so desire, but it's more like different skins. I'm using Rainmeter, customization tool with shit ton of options since most of the skins are community made. Check it out, you might like it.
