Instantly, I was comfortable using it due to the fact that the GUI was so clean and straight forward. The SMTP delivery logs were sent at the exact time I chose and each of the features I enabled worked very well. The Screenshots settings are very nice. Both timed screenshots and 'trigger' word screenshots worked great, and I also received each screenshot in my logs simultaneously; awesome feature.
Everything typed was logged properly and in order (nothing was out of place) which was very nice. I just wish it would show when the user Backspaces in the middle of typing a sentence with a simple [BACK] or something similar in the middle of the logs, to make some phrases more legible when monitoring somebody who may mistype a lot of words often. Ignore that, just found the feature for it, and it works fine! Other than that, the System Information, IP Address, and ability to personalize the client's name is very useful. Lastly, everything is organized very well and the logged clipboard text, logged processes, and screenshots added to the end of the logs are all a nice touch. The built-in browser is also a very nice addition..
Looking forward to continue using this. Can't wait for the updates in the near future. GLWS!
