I bought ~3k Twitter followers from http://westpanel.com/ - these are supposedly "real followers" and the incentive is that they offer "verified followers" as well.

On a scale of 1-100% in authenticity, I am going to rate this service a 35-40%. All the other services on HF pass with a 20% score, because they sell botted accounts that are "made to look real," but this service offers "real accounts." However, this isn't the entire truth. These are the type of followers that are going to be on your profile:

• 50% - will be default/egg profile picture accounts, and 50% of those are private accounts. These are NOT real accounts, these are just there to inflate your followers number, which is disingenous and should not be included in the sale. Most of these accounts are foreign, meaning they've tweeted 3 times back in 2013 in a foreign language, and that is all. Or the accounts are private. Accounts being private are a trend.
  
• 25% - you will get "real" people following you, but they are 33% inactive (some last seen 2013, some 2014), 33% private accounts, and the last 33% are either sort of active, or they are literally tweeting, asking why their accounts are being followed by spam. These are compromised accounts that will at some point unfollow you when they realize their account is compromised. Example below.
