Other people who spoke to him before he contacted me claimed that he was a member of some "Cicada-esque" internet cult. Other than that, he didn't really say anything - he just messaged me the puzzle and left.

It is very possible that I was just being trolled. But if he was a troll, I'd say he put in quite a lot of effort.

The cult he's in, is looking for high intelligent people on the internet.

- Ancient power animal symbol
Ladybug’s medicine includes carrying the golden strand that leads to the centre of the universe, past lives, spiritual enlightenment, death and rebirth, renewal, regeneration, fearlessness, protection, good luck, wishes being fulfilled, protection.

So far, I know that Stingray's were used as "anesthetic".
The Ladybug is a power animal symbol, so it could mean "good luck" / "wishes being fulfilled" or "protection" or "fearlessness".

My english isn't my native tongue, so I'm having a hard time expressing what I'm thinking about this puzzle.
I believe that this could be about the "laws" of lluminati perhaps (like Law 6, Law 4, etc.)

Anyway, so far I got no clue what's this is about.
And although I'd really love to join the illuminati group, I sent a message to Bandors a few days ago and he didn't even replied to me.

That felt pretty demotivating. Especially because I asked him if he could PM me back because it was a long PM that took a lot of time / effort, yet without any result. I just got plain ignored.

Don't get me wrong, I'd highly appreciate a place in your group, yet being ignored by PM after I explicitly asked for a PM back, is pretty harsh.
So I don't know if it's a good idea for me to join the group, even if I'll solve this pussle.
I don't think I'd be welcome in the group if I'm already ignored by the Illuminati Leader, Bandors (no offense).
