All bots are good to use it just depends on how you use them to prevent a ban, some bots come pre-configured.

True I was using one called pokeninja and it got 5/5 of my accounts banned so I am hesitant on using them now lol

Use Pokemobot. If you're looking for the best setup I would recommend you searching for the thread Herbert The Perver posted.

I have used his bot all week on four accounts and none of them have been banned.

I always bot accounts to around level 25 so it looks more legit. If you bot to 30+ then you're more likely to receive a ban.

If you're botting I would recommend you do the same, once you reach 25 start again on another account.
