I know it's a n00b's reply .................😝
but there seems to be no option for overclocking in the BIOS of my DELL inspiron desktop ................
would you please guide me through this ................ if it's possible to overclock my processor ............🙂

Dell mobos don't have overclocking option. But.....look for a software named-"Clockgen". Dl it and then post here.

Dude try it, its worth and safe if u follow the steps. There is a small but notable difference after overclock!

Bios s Award 4MB Flash ROM....In Motherboard manual they gave that it canbe overclock upto 266mhz default s 200Mhz....

But i overclocked to 220mhz and if i set beyond the value the sys not booting so i stopped at 220mhz...

Why so can u clarify ????
